Ok this is an interesting site this one. Apparently Wikocracy is a wiki created as a test to see what happens when real laws are edited online by "the people" in the same way the wikipedia is. I'm not sure what the ultimate goal of it really is but could be interesting to see how it ends up.

Here is a cool tool that lets you create, collaborate, import, and export a spreadsheet online. Numbler is free and easy.

Feel the need to polish up on your historical knowledge? Here is a good resource to have on hand. HyperHistory is a very simply designed and rapidly evolving resource covering 3,000 years of history. I don’t think this site is going to score any points for its design but it does seem to be handy for a quick reference.
